Supervisors/Team Leaders (Call Centre & Customer Service)
Strong focus on exceptional customer and corporate sales support Customer focused, dynamic and collaborative team If you love making people's day, this is the Customer Experience Team Leader role for you. This is an opportunity to co-lead a high performing team in our Keswick head office (our team structure is two Team Leaders working closely together). You will develop and maintain strong working relationships with our regular corporate clients as well as supporting our consumer Customer Service support team.
You have a passion for exceptional customer service, making people smile and bringing joy to every interaction. Equally you are a great problem solver and are creative to find quick and efficient solutions to ensure, even in the most unfortunate delivery situation, our customer leaves wanting to return for their next gift purchase.
Leading a high performing team, you work closely with your CX peers to maximise personal strengths to achieve CX Team goals, grow corporate sales and streamline processes for rapid scalability during peak times.
Fostering an amazing learning environment for your team, you instill a culture of making gifting easier for our customers. Obsessed with excellence, you thrive on winning loyalty with exceptional service and communication – and enjoy training and coaching the CX Team to embody this in everything they do.

Your key success measures:
Customer Experience – serving our customers through webchat, phones, email and social media. Making their day and gifting easier. Building and strengthen relationships with our corporate clients to ensure that we achieve our revenue targets.
