The Customer Service Team Leader role is to manage the customer service department on a daily basis. The Customer Service Team Leader is responsible for ensuring that all tasks associated with the Customer Service Team are performed within the required time frame.
What you will be doing: Direct customer service point of contact for customers, resolution of day-to-day administration duties within the customer service team.Efficiently plan and schedule freight coordination. Liaise with operational teams (Cairns and remote depots) to ensure cargo care processes and pickups are maintained.Managing the enquiries received from the website including the daily updating of the company website, sending customer notifications out.Coordinating reports throughout the transport chain.Provide high level of customer service for all other customer service enquiries by providing timely and accurate solutions.Assisting the Sales & Marketing Manager with reports.What we ideally require from you: Qualifications and experience: Demonstrated extensive experience with customer service interaction.Strong administration skills and experience.Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.The maintenance of a current open driver's license is desirable.Key attributes: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Well-developed customer service skills.Work planning and time management skills.Clear and legible handwriting.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental principles.About the company: Sea Swift is Northern Australia's largest shipping company, with an extensive marine transport network ensuring that the world is at our customers' doorstep.
