About the RoleThis role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual to provide face-to-face customer service and support to our community, responding to customer enquiries, issuing and returning library items, and assisting with technology enquiries. A demonstrated commitment to lifelong learning and digital literacy is an advantage.
