Customer Service & Support Officer

Our Federal Government client is seeking to employ several Customer Service & Support Officer roles to commence in January 2025.
The role is fulltime (Monday to Friday) - Up to 38 hour working week. Contracts will initially be offered for 12 months with possible extensions.
Customer Service and Support Officers provide advice and support to customers in relation to the issuance of personal documents. Staff will be required to rotate duties in both face-to-face customer contact roles and back-office production support. This includes tasks such as:
Perform straightforward or routine customer interviews.Prepare/sort evidence documents, attachments to document applications.Undertake Quality Assurance checks of documents including application forms prior to and post print of documents.Apply attention to detail, accuracy and produce high quality work in line with the clients Quality Framework.General day-to-day administrative functions including, but not limited to, management of inbox, payment of invoices, liaison with various customers and stakeholders in relation to document refunds.Organise own workload, allocate own resources, and complete tasks in a timely manner to meet established key performance indicators.High speed and accurate data entry, document preparation and scanning.Management and distribution of high volume of mail and correspondence.The Role requires: Candidates must hold Australian citizenship.Relevant experience in a government department or a similar business environment is an advantage.Candidates will require competency with Windows and Microsoft Office.A Security clearance will be required for the successful candidates.If you feel you meet the requirements of this opportunity please APPLY NOW.
