About the role As the first point of contact, the Customer Service & Support Officer is pivotal in creating a positive experience for everyone contacting or attending the Adelaide Red Cross Office. This role will provide a welcoming and safe connection point and reception environment for clients accessing services or information, volunteers and members, key partners, and the wider community seeking to connect and access services.
This role delivers effective and efficient quality customer-focused service and facilitates access to information and support services. In addition, the role provides operational and administrative support that enables Red Cross facilities and fleet to support and deliver services to stakeholders and customers in a safe, clean, effective, and professionally presented environment as part of the Community Programs and Business Operations team.
