As part of our National Government Funded team, you will be helping our Home Care Package and NDIS customers, their families and their providers.
Job DescriptionThe Role: Due to our ongoing growth, we have created a new position for a Customer Service Support to join our team and support the Customer Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic FMCG business and build a strong relationship with all delivery partners.
This is a full-time role based at our head office in Banyo, Brisbane.
In this role, you will: Outbound new HCP and NDIS customer referralsAnswer calls from HCP and NDIS customersProvide accurate information about how the Lite n' Easy HCP and NDIS programs workAssist customers with NDIS quotes and queriesShow empathy for people needing support and encouragementTo be successful in this role, you will possess: 2-5 years' experience in a Customer Service roleAble to complete NDIS Worker Orientation ModuleAble to complete NDIS Worker Screening CheckHigh attention to detailAbility to work well in a teamAbility to build and maintain effective relationshipsBe flexible and adaptable to changeCandidates with specialty retail or hospitality experience will be well regardedYou must be an Australian Citizen or Resident Due to the high volume of applications we receive, it is really important to include a cover letter summarising your suitability and interest in the role.
