The Role Our Customer Service Support (CSS) staff are the first point of contact (via the phone) for Baptcare's Home Care Package services. The Customer Service Support staff carry out a range of customer account administration tasks: managing service schedules, budgets, coordination of services for clients, and invoices.
Responsibilities: Provide internal and external customer service via telephone to our Home Care Package customers and private fee-for-service customers. Liaise with Baptcare customers daily to provide admin support for customer care plans. Daily administration: updating customer notes, budgets, schedules, and processing invoices. Prepare month-end reports. For You Hybrid role, work from home a couple of days a week, attending the office on the other days. Monthly in-person meetings in head office Camberwell or Bundoora. Key Selection Criteria Certificate or diploma in Office Administration or qualified by relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar, phone-based role with a high volume of incoming calls and experience in problem solving. Experience in the Aged Care sector will be highly regarded. Customer service experience in the Community Aged Care Sector. The willingness and ability to work in an agile and flexible manner within the organisation.
