The Role

As the first point of contact you'll handle inbound calls, gathering, and documenting information taking end-to-end ownership of each call. You'll be liaising with a range of stakeholders as you prioritise jobs, escalate urgent issues and provide ongoing feedback to all stakeholders, constructively dealing with issues whilst ensuring the highest level of customer service.

About You

We're looking for confident, friendly individuals with outstanding communication skills, who have a passion for providing a great customer experience. Ideally you will have ideally worked in a similar customer service role or be looking to transition from the medical, aged care or childcare industry.
