As part of your role, you will undertake 7 weeks full-time, in-office training at our Heatherton office to ensure you are set up for success! Following your training period, you will have a 50/50 split between working from home and working in the office. As a Motor Enthusiast Underwriter, you will be: Taking incoming calls from our new and existing customers. Providing information and product knowledge to identify the right level of insurance protection to meet the customers' requirements. Striving to make the complex simple while ensuring the customers' needs are met. Sharing your passion for motoring and providing a unique service to ensure your customers can drive or ride forward with confidence, knowing they are covered by Shannons. Shift Options At Shannons, our contact centre operates from Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 7pm and Saturday to Sunday 9am to 5pm. We are recruiting for the following full-time shift options: Option 1: Sat*, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri – 37.5 hours per week – start window 8am-10am on weekdays and 9am on Saturday. Option 2: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week – start window between 9am-11am. Option 3: Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week – start window between 8am-10am. Please note, you will receive 100% loading after 12pm on a Saturday. Working From Home In addition, Shannon's offers a hybrid working model which allows you to find a balance between working from home and working from the office, while delivering your best work. Please note, there is a 50/50 split between working from home and working in the office. You will be provided with a laptop; however, there are a few things you will require to successfully work from home such as: Home phone line or VOIP connection. Internet connection.
