Apply now Job no: 494417 Work type: Permanent Full Time Location: SA - Adelaide Categories: Customer Service - Call Centre About the Role Due to upcoming internal moves, we are seeking Expressions of Interest for Customer Service Specialists at the Norwood Service Centre Call Centre. You will provide support to Northline's Major Customers, providing standout service and exceeding service level commitments. The Customer Service Specialist role is a great development opportunity, creating pathways for career progression. Please note that these positions will be offered initially as a Secondment for a period of 6 months. Key Responsibilities: Champion engagement with our Major customers via telephone and email to simultaneously deliver an outstanding customer experience; Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide effective solutions to enquiries; Proactively communicate delays/cancellations to customers and depots in a professional and timely manner; Support the greater Customer Service Team in a subject matter expert (SME) capacity when required; Work as part of a collaborative team, ensuring you are working towards shared goals; Work towards exceeding targets and KPIs; Review processes and procedures and recommend and implement improvement initiatives; Build and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. As the successful candidate you will have: Previous experience providing excellent Customer Service ideally within the Transport, Warehousing and Logistics Industry; Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritise and resolve problems in a timely manner; Good negotiation, conflict resolution and de-escalating skills; Ability to cope in dynamic and/or high-pressure environments; Excellent time management skills with a proven history of achieving KPI's; Previous experience working collaboratively within a team environment; Very good computer skills with high level data entry speed and accuracy, as well as experience working with company specific software.
