You will provide support to Northline's Major Customers, providing standout service and exceeding service level commitments.

Please note that these positions will be offered initially as a Secondment for a period of 6 months.
Key Responsibilities: Champion engagement with our Major customers via telephone and email to simultaneously deliver an outstanding customer experience;Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide effective solutions to enquiries;Proactively communicate delays/cancellations to customers and depots in a professional and timely manner;Support the greater Customer Service Team in a subject matter expert (SME) capacity when required;Work as part of a collaborative team, ensuring you are working towards shared goals;Work towards exceeding targets and KPIs;Review processes and procedures and recommend and implement improvement initiatives;Build and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.As the successful candidate you will have: Previous experience providing excellent Customer Service ideally within the Transport, Warehousing and Logistics Industry;Demonstrated ability to identify, prioritise and resolve problems in a timely manner;Good negotiation, conflict resolution and de-escalating skills;Ability to cope in dynamic and/or high-pressure environments;Excellent time management skills with a proven history of achieving KPI's;Previous experience working collaboratively within a team environment;Very good computer skills with high level data entry speed and accuracy, as well as experience working with company specific software.Applications close at midday on Friday at 5:00pm 17th May 2024.
