Metrix Group leads the market in designing, producing, and supplying perforated metal architectural products across Australia. As a proudly Australian-owned family enterprise, we are experiencing steady growth and welcome individuals who aspire to grow with us. Situated in a modern, purpose-built facility in Pakenham.

The Role

This full-time, permanent position (Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm) is instrumental in shaping our business and brand through exceptional customer service. Ideal for proactive individuals who thrive on diverse tasks and excel in building strong customer relationships. This role is for you if you derive satisfaction from making a difference.

Responsibilities

Handle incoming calls with excellence, ensuring a superior service experience for customersFoster proactive communication and cultivate relationships with external clientsAddress customer inquiries promptly and professionallyCollaborate with internal teams to deliver effective solutions to customersOversee office facilities and amenities

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleaguesStrong verbal and written communication skillsPrevious experience in customer service, with a passion for being the central hub of the businessProfessional phone etiquette and enjoyment in engaging with people telephonicallyProficiency in MS Office and sound computer skillsExcellent time management and organizational abilities, as endorsed by othersTeam-oriented mindset with unwavering dedicationProactive, self-motivated attitude with a solution-driven approach
