The ideal person for this role will be flexible in their approach and have a strong focus on Customer Service. As we embed a customer-focused strategy across everything we do, you'll have an opportunity to drive innovation and real change that delivers a tangible and meaningful impact on our people, our members, and our community.
*You must have the flexibility to work anytime from 8 am to 8 pm (AEST) from Monday to Friday and occasionally from 8 am to 4 pm (AEST) during Saturday/Sunday. You'll be responsible for: Answering a mixture of inbound calls from Members & Partners; including providing quotes, issuing policies, managing & renewing existing policies, and providing general information.Managing & responding to own portfolio of daily correspondence. About you:Motivation to expand, learn, and grow within a high performing team.Experience in Customer Service & Sales.Proven strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven problem-solving ability and a keen eye for detail.Proactive time management skills.Sound computer skills.General knowledge or passion for boats will be highly regarded.
