You'll manage daily Zendesk tickets, assist with product selections, keep customers informed about their orders, and handle post-purchase enquiries. Your goal will be to ensure their renovation experience is smooth and stress-free.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional, solutions-based customer service across various channels (email, phone, video, live chat), aiming for first-contact resolution.Handle Zendesk tickets and ensure timely responses, with all tickets addressed within the same day.Support and inspire customers throughout their renovation journey.Liaise with colleagues in the customer experience, suppliers and warehouse teams to proactively manage all customer orders from purchase to delivery Collaborate with your team to identify process improvements and training opportunities.Be the primary contact and liaise with customers to keep them informed on the progress of their orders.Manage escalations and follow up on outstanding issues to ensure customer satisfaction.You love being busy and have exceptional time management skills.You can work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. Lead by example, driving results and upholding The Blue Space's core values.What We're Looking For: We are looking for someone who is able to deliver exceptional customer service and works well under pressure to ensure all customer enquiries and requests for information are tended to in a timely and accurate manner. A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a fast-paced customer service role, preferably in eCommerce or retail.A positive, proactive communicator with a natural ability to solve problems and multitask.Experience with Zendesk is a plus, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential.A passion for customer service and a drive to exceed expectations.Previous experience in the home renovation, showroom or retail environment an advantage but not necessary. Work hours are Monday to Friday and either 9am to 5pm or 8:30am to 4:30pm as we value a work life balance.
