You will report directly to the Aftermarket Value Stream Manager, ensuring efficient administration and exceptional support.

Temporary role (full time hours)Located in the western suburbs of AdelaideSupportive and collaborative team environment Key Responsibilities: Provide timely and accurate service to customersServe as a point of contact during business hours to support aftermarket and service customersProcess quotations in the agreed format and within the specified timeFollow-up of open quotes to enhance conversion to ordersProcess orders in the ERP systemResolve anomalies between the quote and final service billing to obtain PO variationRaise credit noticeFollow-up customers for unpaid invoices under accounts directionCoordinate internal and customer training programsMaintain customer contacts and history of service dataSort data in Medallia and generate CAS reports for managementCollate data for key business metrics and collecting other information for reporting requirementsEnsure Standard Work is developed and maintainedEnsure processes and procedures are documented, audited, and aligned withBe actively engaged within customer programs to identify improvements to customer satisfaction Skills & Experience: Recent experience in providing customers service and administration supportExceptional communication skillsCustomer service focussed with a positive outlookPrior experience in handling customer enquiriesAbility to multitask and manage time efficientlyStrong oral and written communicationAbility to use Microsoft Office and ERP systems Apply Now
