In the role you will Manage enquiries to provide caring and personalised solutions for our customers Build and maintain strong relationships with retail customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Be part of a knowledgeable and high achieving team Manage all facets of our customer's financial requirements Collaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best outcomes for customers Possess a team player attitude and perform general branch duties as part of your role Engage and assist customers either face to face and/or via outbound calling to identify short, medium, long-term needs and aspirations.
Desired Skills and Experience About you Demonstrated experience in customer service environment, retail, sales and/or banking.
Commitment to success and a strong work ethic Excellent problem solving and analytical skills A passion for building lasting customer relationships and serving the local community.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets in a retail or banking environment.

What does our recruitment process look like?

The process can include a phone screen, video interview, virtual or face-to-face interview, psychometric testing, and all relevant background checking.
Some positions may require undergoing 4 weeks of mandatory full training.
