Job DescriptionThe Role We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our growing Port Augusta team. The Relationship Consultant is responsible for advocating Beyond Bank Australia's core values and to deliver an exceptional customer experience that is aligned to our Customer Ownership Strategy whilst achieving individual performance targets that contribute towards the overall branch performance.
In the role you will Provide a local customer owned banking experience to new and existing customersProactively connect customer needs to Beyond Bank's offerings through excellent listening skillsManage general enquiries and provide sound advice and information to our customersContribute to a high achieving team environment with your commitment to success and strong work ethicManage customer bank accounts, including opening, closing, and overseeing transactionsCollaborate with specialists in the business to deliver the best solution for the customerQualificationsYou're a caring and customer-focused person excited to learn and grow. You value integrity, especially when handling customer information. Your teamwork and commitment to improvement will help us prioritise our customers' needs and satisfaction.
A passion for building lasting customer relationships and serving the local communityAble to work in a dynamic customer service environmentExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsBanking or Financial services experience desirable, but not essentialSee yourself in our team Reporting to the Senior Relationship Manager, you will be joining the Branch Team, a group of dedicated professionals who work tirelessly to provide exceptional support to our customers. Whether you are working face-to-face, or over the phone, you will be committed to ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience with their banking needs.

What does our recruitment process look like?
The process can include a phone screen, video interview, virtual or face-to-face interview, psychometric testing, and all relevant background checking. Some positions may require undergoing 4 weeks of mandatory full training.
