Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the friendly voice that customers trust for answers.
Whether it is a question about a loan application, account management, or financial products, you will be the go-to expert guiding them through their experience.

Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries related to loan applications, account management, and product information, customer asking what stage their application is at in a timely and professional manner.Resolve customer issues quickly, ensuring their satisfaction and upholding company policies every step of the wayStay up to date with the company's products and services to provide customers with the best recommendations and insights.Work with a team of passionate professionals across departments, creating seamless communication and delivering top-notch service.Keep clear, detailed records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system, ensuring everything is in orderRequirements: A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.At least 1 year experience in a customer service role within banking/financeenvironmentExperience in asset finance would be a real bonus in this position.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying information clearly.A team player who's always ready to collaborate and share knowledgeAnalytical mindset with the ability to find solutions and act quicklyA genuine passion for helping others and creating a positive customer experienceWhy Join Us?
