Role Overview: As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for your clients, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience with the company.
You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about financial products and services.
We are seeking a candidate preferably with a finance background who can communicate effectively and work collaboratively within the team.
