About the role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Service Specialistto join our Mandurah team. Working with a national administration team to support business functions.This is a full time position working Monday – Friday.
Your Duties: Managing Incoming telephone enquiries and passing on messages as required.Managing bookings and rescheduling for NDIS services.Allocating new referrals to appropriate clinicians based on experience, location and skill set.Organising interpreter / AUSLAN services as required.Ownership of site presentation, cleanliness and events preparation.Completing site audits as required.Listening and taking appropriate action from voicemail requestsReviewing and forwarding Faxes as requiredCreating and updating electronic records for existing clientsAssisting with reporting as requiredOther additional administration duties as requiredRole requirements: Administration and/or reception experience (desired, but not essential)Previous Health knowledge (desired, but not essential)Care about providing exceptional customer serviceCommunicate effectively and appropriatelyTake pride in your work and focus on excellent qualityWillingness to learnData entry skillsExceptional attention to detail, organisational and time management skillsAbility to monitor personal workload and manage own timeAbility to work effectively as part of a teamWilling to undergo a National Police CheckHold a or be willing to obtain Working with Children or Vulnerable Person checkWant to join the team?
