Company/client overview: The client runs a company that provides first aid and CPR training courses to clients and sells first aid supplies and medical equipment across Australia.
Job Overview: You'll be the main point of contact for inbound customer inquiries.
You'll also help to convert leads and upsell existing customers across their product and training catalog.
This is an exciting startup environment where you'll have room to expand your skills.
Responsibilities: Managing day-to-day customer service through phone, email, and chatBooking and rescheduling training courses for clientsFollowing up on new leads to convert to salesLearning our CRM and other internal systemsSupporting administrative tasks as neededRequirementsStrong written and verbal English skillsSales experience preferred but not requiredAbility to multitask across systems and channelsDiligent attention to detail with good time managementDesire to learn and grow in a startup environment
