This role includes a comprehensive 7-week, full-time training program held at our Brisbane office. What you'll do Suncorp & GIO are premium brands within the Australian Insurance industry and are well known and loved by Australians for over 100 years.

As a Suncorp Specialist, you will receive a high volume of inbound calls and will be responsible for:
Assisting new and existing customers by providing detailed information about insurance products and services Handling inbound calls and inquiries, offering solutions tailored to customer needs Achieving sales and service targets set for car and home insurance Addressing and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely manner Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policies What you'll bring To thrive in this role, you will need:

Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week – start window 10am-11am 'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown.
You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown. This training will be held onsite at our Brisbane, Heritage Lanes office.
Work from home requirements As this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly.
You will be provided with a Suncorp laptop; however, you must organise the following:
