We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant team, at our Ballarat delivery centre, working with one of Australia's leading superannuation funds. With contracts being issued prior to Christmas closure, your new career will be all sorted! Start date 13th January 2025$27.17 per hour + super and penalty ratesPermanent, full-time onsite opportunitiesMonday to Friday 8am – 8pmSaturday 9am to 5pm4 weeks full time paid trainingKey Responsibilities: First point of contact for customer service and account managementAbility to understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experienceSupport customers through multiple channels, commencing on our voice line and moving towards other channels such as web messaging, smartphone apps, social media enquiries, and emailHold a higher level of emotional intelligence and resilience to guide customers through the eligibility criteria for early release of super.What's in it for you? No contact centre experience necessary but exceptional customer service skills are a must!
