Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for your clients, playing a crucial role in shaping their experience with the company. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about financial products and services. We are seeking a candidate preferably with a finance background who can communicate effectively and work collaboratively within the team.
Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls and emails from customers, addressing inquiries related to loan applications, account management, and product information in a timely and professional manner. Identify and resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies and procedures. Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations tailored to customer needs. Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and a unified approach to customer service. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions using the CRM system. Requirements: A degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a financial customer service role, preferably within a call centre environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively engaging with customers and conveying information clearly. A collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment, supporting colleagues and sharing knowledge. Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions promptly. A genuine passion for helping customers and providing a positive experience in every interaction.
