Customer Service Specialist

Talreso Consultancy and Advisory Sdn Bhd Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree are encouraged to apply; training will be provided for 1 month.
Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
Comfortable assisting both local and international customers from Singapore, Australia, and Bermuda.
Willingness to work 5 days per week with 2 consecutive days off (weekends or weekdays).
Key Responsibilities: Attend to inbound calls and emails, addressing customer queries and concerns.
Provide timely and accurate responses to general inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
Assist customers with their banking product sales and services effectively.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
