What you'll do: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be at the forefront of customer interaction, providing exceptional support and solutions.
Handle incoming customer queries related to accounts and other banking mattersMaintain customer files ensuring thorough contact notes are made in the administrative interfaceUphold the highest customer service standards regardless of contextManage general administrative matters relevant to the position and team as requiredPerform basic manual or technical dutiesAnswer enquiries using a general knowledge of the services provided What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Customer Support Specialist role brings along a unique set of skills.
