This role includes a comprehensive 7-week, full-time training program held at our Narre Warren office. What you'll do As an AAMI specialist, you will receive a high volume of inbound calls and will be responsible for:
Assisting new and existing customers by providing detailed information about insurance products and servicesHandling inbound calls and inquiries, offering solutions tailored to customer needsAchieving sales and service targets set for car and home insuranceAddressing and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely mannerMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policiesWhat you'll bring To thrive in this role, you will need:

Option 1: Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri – 30 hours per week – start window between 9am-11amOption 2: Sat, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri – 25 hours per week – start window 9.30am-11.30am on Saturday and 11.30am-1.30pm on weekdays*'Start window' means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown. *You will receive 100% loading after 12pm on the Saturday. Work from home requirements As this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly. You will be provided with a Suncorp laptop; however, you must organise the following:
