Hey there Customer Service Superstar! How's your job hunt going? We're glad you've landed here today and hopefully we're both looking for the same thing. 
Firstly, let us introduce ourselves. We're a 'fintech' (financial technology) company. More specifically, we're Australia's best in bill payments or 'billtech', as we like to call it. Our headquarters are based in Brisbane on the trendy Fish Lane (above Hello Please). 
We were established in 2013 and our founder remains at the helm. We've grown our Sniip family to 20 people and now, we're recruiting a new role! This position supports the demand of our growing Customer Service Department, working from our headquarters on bustling Fish Lane in South Brisbane. 
About Sniip  Sniip is the way more than 100,000 Australians pay and manage their bills. Sniip is a free mobile app that allows users to pay any bill in less than ten seconds! 
A user simply scans/imports a bill into Sniip and confirms payment using any card from a secure mobile wallet in the app. What's more, with two clicks a Sniip user can pay a bill as easily as they buy a loaf of bread with Apple Pay or Google Pay. 
Users can schedule payments, set reminders, create recurring payments and file all bill receipts for tax and record-keeping purposes.
Sniip has grown to become the leading "bill-tech" company in Australia. It was born out of a vision to make every type of bill payment available to every Australian, paying any way they choose. 
In 2018, Sniip became a Payer Institution Member of BPAY, allowing its users to access over 60,000 billers across Australia. 
Sniip is a trusted and proud partner of American Express, BPAY and Virgin Australia Business Flyer.

There's a beautiful yoga studio and a fun Escape Room below our space and some of Brisbane's best entertainment, restaurants and cafes at your fingertips (hi ?? QPAC, GoMA, Chu the Phat, Lune, Southside, Kiki and Julius).
Every public transport option is available - the South Brisbane Train Station on Grey St (200m) and the Cultural Centre Bus Station (250m) on the doorstep of our centrally-located office. 
Sniip HQ features end-of-trip facilities (bicycle parking and showers) along with a genuinely collaborative and friendly culture (pool table and ping pong included!). The office features a kitchen stocked with tea, coffee (almond and oat milk too)! We have regular team events, monthly Friday Forums, fun activities and celebrations.

This is a permanent, full time position based in South Brisbane commencing ASAP, 2024. As this role requires close collaboration with our on-site team, it is necessary for the successful candidate to work from our South Brisbane office location.
