Your Role Your role will be varied and supporting the entire team with administration and some customer service support.
Your duties will include but not be limited to: - Supporting the Sales Team with sales administration - Respond to website notifications and email communications - Process customer orders - Effectively communicate orders to warehouse team - Provide a high level of customer service - Website tracking and data entry - Freight Coordination - Manage sales inbox - Report generation as required using MS Office Suite - General Administration duties Your Profile You should be tech-savvy, confident, and capable of effectively communicating with all levels of management, both internally and externally, while demonstrating a quick learning ability.
As a strong team player, you will excel in a small team environment and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Your natural ability to work efficiently under deadlines and handle urgency will be essential as the business continues to grow and expand.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong background in a similar role and be driven by core values of excellence, dedication, and respect along with the ability to work in an ever changing, agile and growth centric business.
Having intermediate knowledge of Excel, and prior experience using Hubspot, Cin7 and Shopify would be advantageous!
