The Role; As a Sales coordinator and or Passionate Customer Service Expert you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, orders and quotes through phone, email and in person interactions.
You will play a key part in clear communication and support for both external sales and internal operations.
Being responsible for processing customer quotes and orders into the order system, with the upmost attention to detail and accuracy ensuring sales targets and customer expectation are met.
Requiring a minimum 2 year's experience in a similar role.
This Permanent position working within this unique company is located at their Sumner QLD, site.
Payrate; Salary based - $70K – 75K per annum A positive, can-do attitude, strong customer service skills, and the ability to troubleshoot technical inquiries and engage in solution selling are essential.
