About the Role You would be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a customer-centric approach to supporting external and internal stakeholders, and supporting the delivery of quality service and cross sales to AusHealth clients.
What will my day-to-day look like? Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Responding to customer enquiries and processing ordersPlanning weekly, monthly, and annual drug and alcohol testing schedules for clientsProviding telephone support to drug and alcohol testing clients and offering solutionsFollowing up with new and existing clients on behalf of the National Sales ManagerProviding support to National Sales, Account, and Customer Service ManagerExcellent computer literacy skills with proficiency in the MS Office suitePrevious experience in a sales, customer service, or administration role is highly desirableDemonstrated customer service and sales skills including the ability to establish positive relationshipsWell-developed interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication, negotiation, and teamworkCustomer-focused attitudeAbility to stay calm in stressful situations and troubleshootHigh level of attention to detail and data entry accuracyWhat do I need? To be successful in this role, you will have:
