Key responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service and manage client communications Provide general office support and administrative assistance Represent the company at the sales desk, answering questions and sharing product knowledge Process stock; receive, dispatch & store Answering/responding to phone calls and emails.
Our ideal candidate: Previous experience in a sales consultant or similar role Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
Confidence in speaking with customers, both in person and over the phone.
Enthusiasm for being the face of the business Any trade knowledge would be an advantage but not essential.
