We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service professional to join our client based in Lytton.  6am-2pm Monday-Friday, this role will hopefully lead to permanent for the right applicant! This role is responsible for coordinating the receipt, despatch and storage of customers' stock in a manner that promotes safety, zero damage, product cleanliness and 100% accuracy. The job:  Dealing at hand with customer service queries both internal and externalAccurate data entry of information into the in-house systemKPI data updatesWeekly and monthly reporting as directedGeneral administrative duties as requestedEnsure communication with customers is professional, prompt, accurate, and timely Process and coordinate client orders with warehouse and transport teams to meet daily requirements sUnderstand Service Level Agreements / rate structures for clientsEnsure all orders are picked and delivered on time by warehouse and transport using Management tools available by WMS. (Orders Not Shipped / EDI Error Reports)Ensure requests for stock counts are passed onto Inventory Controller  The person:  Experience within the logistics/transport Industry preferred Strong communication skills, both written and verbalOutstanding attention to detailThe ability to demonstrate initiative and make decisions as requiredPUNCTUAL, HONEST & RELIABLE!
