Move Mobility is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Retail Specialist to join our team in Bundaberg.
As a full-time role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships with Clinicians & Healthcare professionals in our premier retail store.
What you'll be doing Providing a warm and friendly welcome to all customers, ensuring they have a positive experienceAssisting customers with product selection, demonstrating features, and answering queriesConducting Assistive Technology equipment trials with cliniciansMaintaining excellent product knowledge and staying up-to-date with new product releasesEnsuring the retail space is well-presented, organised and stocked at all timesContributing to team objectives and participating in store meetings and training sessionsWhat we're looking for Proven experience in a customer-facing retail role, with a passion for providing exceptional serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse customer baseThe drive to continually learn about new products and servicesAbility to work effectively both in a team environment and alone contributing to the overall success of the storePrevious experience in the Health/Aged Care sectors will be highly regardedAbout us Move Mobility is a leading provider of mobility solutions and assistive technology equipment.
