This is an initial 12 month fixed term contract, with the potential for permanency. These roles are pivotal in delivering exceptional service and handling a high volume of customer enquiries primarily via phone.
About the Role:Responding to general enquiries related to accounts, billing, and triaging calls to other business areas in a professional and customer service-focused mannerProviding accurate and consistent advice and information as per organisational processes and standards to ensure optimal service delivery and put the customer at the centreManaging 30-50 inbound calls daily, with some email correspondenceNavigating multiple systems effectively throughout the dayEnsuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) such as schedule compliance, AHT, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction.
