Customer Service Representative - Telehealth

The Role  An exciting opportunity exists for additional Customer Service Representatives to support the rapid growth of Our Sage, our online telehealth service. 
Permanent part time and casual roles available. 
Successful applicants will be committed to quality customer service, operational excellence and being part of a collaborative team.
You will ensure exceptional service as part of every interaction, be the first point of contact for our network of GPs, manage patient inbound enquiries via phone and online, and suggest and support improvements to provide a better service. You will be part of a small but expanding customer service team located in a corporate environment.
