This role includes a comprehensive 7-week, full-time training program held at our Adelaide or Brisbane office. What you'll do As a Customer Service Representative (Strata Specialist), you will receive a high volume of inbound calls and will be responsible for:
Assisting new and existing customers by providing detailed information about insurance products and servicesHandling inbound calls and inquiries, offering solutions tailored to customer needsAchieving sales and service targets set for Strata insuranceAddressing and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely mannerMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policiesWhat you'll bring Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues for customersMotivation to achieve and surpass goals consistentlyA collaborative spirit, capable of engaging effectively both virtually and in personHigh resilience and adaptability to navigate changeA proactive mindset for continuous learning and innovative thinkingShift & Hours We are currently recruiting for full-time positions for the below shift options:
