The opportunity: Our team in Tasmania is expanding and has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a Full-Time basis.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling member queries and providing accurate and timely information regarding products and services offered by Zap Fitness 24/7 If you have a willingness to learn and a can-do attitude, we will provide you with the training to succeed and the chance to feel like one of our tight-knit team from day one.
Key duties and responsibilities: Consistently achieving the daily minimum payment recovery target in line with the requirements of the business.
Regular interaction with key internal and external stakeholders and parties to build sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication.
Maintain strong phone contact handling and active listening skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise and time manage effectively, demonstrating a high level of adaptability and flexibility; Contribute to all team efforts by accomplishing set KPIs whilst demonstrating the ability to work with minimal supervision.
Complaint handling and call resolution.
Provide accurate and timely information regarding products and services offered by Zap.
First point of call for member queries and complaints.
To be successful in this role you will have: Strong influential and relationship building skills.
Effective time management skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Ability to promote a strong working relationship with all club team members..
Effective verbal and written communication skills Creative and innovative to visualize all steps necessary to accomplish desired results.
Belief that outstanding customer service is the key to success.
Skills/experience: 1 year working within a call centre environment.
Previous experience in Customer Service.
