SCL Automotive is a South Australian, family owned and operated dealer group based in Reynella, 20kms south of the Adelaide CBD. Employing over 100 people, our group comprises of Reynella Mazda, Southern Volkswagen, Southgate Used Cars, Southgate GWM Haval, Southgate LDV and EV Moto SA. We currently deliver over 200 vehicles a month with an annual turnover in excess of $100 million per annum. Reynella Mazda is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative / Service Reception to join our growing team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for contacting our existing customer database to make service bookings, follow up calls and other general business development calls. This includes inbound and outbound calls.
In order to be successful in this position, your phone manner will be professional, friendly and focused on providing the highest level of customer service to customers while keeping a focus on achieving your KPIs and targets.
