Job DescriptionAbout the role We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Support Retail team for a 12-month fixed-term contract!
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in resolving inquiries, managing orders, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day duties will include:
Providing exceptional support to customers via inbound and outbound calls.Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining accurate records.Assisting business development and field teams with administrative tasks.Engaging with customers to share information about our products and services.Prompting orders by actioning call lists, processing, and amending orders.Upselling promotional products to align with business objectives.Tracking orders and coordinating with logistics teams to address delivery-related questions.Responding to customer emails and directing queries to appropriate departments as needed.Desired Skills and ExperienceAbout You
