Customer Service Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a confident and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Lam Research in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a part-time remote work position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and chat communication channels.- Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and concerns effectively.- Utilize strategic planning and negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial solutions for customers and the company.- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and within a team in a remote setting.- Strong organizational and time management skills.- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
