Customer Service Representative / Part Time

They are seeking an organised and experienced customer service representative to work with their established team. To succeed in this role, you will require: Excellent Interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills including MS Office applications High attention to detail The ability to work independently but also as a team player A desire to meet customer expectations A focus on quality Initiative and problem-solving skills Strong work ethic and organisational skills The key responsibilities include: First point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing professional service and support on an extensive product range Responding to requests for quotes Processing purchase orders Build and maintain excellent customer relationships Accurate record keeping of products, pricing and customer account details Adherence to quality management systems Work with the leadership team to execute customer engagement initiatives Work with the Customer Service Manager to maintain and report on customer service metrics, including on time delivery of quotations and sales performance Work with the warehouse team to ensure customer expectations are managed Provide assistance to management and connected teams as required Located at the Albury Airport Industrial Estate, this permanent part-time position is available for immediate start. Hours are somewhat negotiable to help you achieve your work/life balance. There is also scope to increase hours in the future.
