To succeed in this role, you will require:Excellent Interpersonal skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent computer skills including MS Office applicationsHigh attention to detailThe ability to work independently but also as a team playerA desire to meet customer expectationsA focus on qualityInitiative and problem-solving skillsStrong work ethic and organisational skillsThe key responsibilities include:First point of contact for customers via phone and email, providing professional service and support on an extensive product rangeResponding to requests for quotesProcessing purchase ordersBuild and maintain excellent customer relationshipsAccurate record keeping of products, pricing and customer account detailsAdherence to quality management systemsWork with the leadership team to execute customer engagement initiativesWork with the Customer Service Manager to maintain and report on customer service metrics, including on time delivery of quotations and sales performanceWork with the warehouse team to ensure customer expectations are managedProvide assistance to management and connected teams as requiredLocated at the Albury Airport Industrial Estate, this permanent part-time position is available for immediate start. Hours are somewhat negotiable to help you achieve your work/life balance. There is also scope to increase hours in the future.
