Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact for customers who need help understanding their options or taking action to manage their fines. Fines can be scary or confusing for some customers and this critically important role provides you with the opportunity to make a positive difference in a customer's day. Start Date: Monday 11th of November 2024 Roster: 25 hours per week Monday to Friday 12pm – 5pm. No weekend, public holiday or night shifts. You will commence training and working in our Melbourne CBD office on a full-time basis for 6 weeks. After the 6 weeks full time, you will revert to your part time contract and continue work at our office which is conveniently located next to Flagstaff station.
