Responding to customers' transactional banking needs, delivering a seamless customer experienceProcessing transactions including deposits, withdrawals, bank cheques, transfers & CommFXCompleting financial health checks to assess customers' needs, identify any changes or needs for specific products or servicesAssisting with Cash/ATM proceduresEducating and demonstrating our in-branch technology and digital banking options for customersAdhering to the Bank's processes and procedures, including accurately reconciling transactions, reviewing customers' financial positions & championing our strong risk cultureWe're interested in hearing from people who have: A genuine passion for Customer Service and are looking to kick-start your career in Banking with this entry-level positionA genuine interest in improving the financial wellbeing and lives of our customersThe ability to ask the right questions, respond to customers' needs and refer them to the relevant team members in order to better serve their needsExcellent communication skills & willingness to contribute to a collaborative cultureAbility to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment whilst seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutionsWith us, you'll help customers make the right financial decisions and achieve their dreams.
