Customer Service Representative/Mobile Phone Technician

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical: Perform high-quality repairs and testing on mobile phones and tablets. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with precision, ensuring repairs are completed within the given time frame. Stay updated on upcoming devices and continually expand your technical knowledge. Retail: Sell mobile phone and tablet cases and accessories. Ensure all products are neatly displayed and keep up-to-date knowledge on stock availability. Inventory: Monitor stock levels for repair parts and accessories, ensuring availability. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including phone interactions. Assist customers with repairs, accessory purchases, and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. Money Handling: Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately. Other Duties: Accurately document repairs and parts information in our computer system. Maintain a clean and tidy workbench at all times. Follow company policies and procedures. Assist management with daily checklists, cleaning duties, and other required tasks. Be proactive, energetic, and honest in all job duties. Troubleshoot and follow procedures meticulously. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Qualifications: 1 year of mobile phone or computer repair experience required. Retail experience preferred. Fluent in written and spoken English. Skills: Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Organized, able to multitask, and meet deadlines. PERFORMANCE GOALS: Complete repair tasks efficiently and within set timeframes. Interact professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members. Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
