We offer a wide range of delivery solutions, including same-day, overnight, and international courier services, catering to the needs of businesses of all sizes.What's the role?Based out of our Melbourne Airport office as a Customer Service Operator, you will be primarily responsible for receiving both phone bookings and delivery queries from customers as well as handling driver enquiries to ensure that our customer delivery needs are met. You will also be responsible for monitoring and managing customer accounts while maintaining a high level of service.Why should you apply?As a Customer Service Operator within logistics/transport, you will be faced with new challenges and queries each day which keeps the role both busy and exciting.
