Customer Service Representative - MelbourneWhat you do: To service members, clients, and associates with products and services, and assist with insurance projects within their respective state.
Key Responsibilities include: Customer service:Maintain customer service locations with appropriate and current collateral which includes but not limited to claims forms, envelopes, brochures, promotions.Ensure materials and information are visible and accessible to students.Assist students with specific claims and extending to customer location assistance, emails, telephone etc.Ensure high level of distribution of cards to students.Customer focus:Ensure customer contact and accessibility to Allianz Worldwide Partners taking into account peak periods.Train and brief Clients regarding products as appropriate.Assist with Clients queries.Maintain regular contact with Client staff including finance, administration, student support, marketing, health staff.Liaise with direct billing medical providers and monitor supplies of collateral, posters, and other Allianz Worldwide Partners information.Monitor and report feedback and complaints from clients, members, or associates.Report any issues raised by direct billing medical providers.Ensure direct billing providers are aware of the nearest customer service locations and access times.Fostering relationships:Coordinate orientation activities, promoting attendance at orientations and post-orientations follow up.Assist with activities and tasks associated with obligations of preferred provider agreements.Sales:Liaise with student bodies or associates to integrate product and improve the relationship and coordination of any international student problem or concern.Assist with research into appropriate local channels for product sales.Coordinate activities to distribute information regarding product.Assist with product sale presentations.Product knowledge:Develop and maintain expert knowledge in all Allianz Worldwide Partners Health Insurance products and services.Data Entry:Ensure accurate information is provided to internal and external stakeholders to enable a clear direction for satisfied customers who want to continue to deal with us.Reporting:Ensure weekly and monthly reports of on-campus activities and CSR logs are completed accurately and submitted by the due date.Professional Approach:Ensure clear communication with clients and students following clear product definition and service provisions.Smart appearance must be maintained at all times and where uniforms are available these must be worn.What you bring: Travel: Multiple locations - based in South Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne.Leadership Skills:Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated.Ability to share ideas and contribute to team discussions.Problem solving & decision-making skills:Ability to interrogate a problem and develop processes to satisfy customer needs within the parameters of the product.Flexibility to manage calls remotely and online enquiries from home during COVID lockdown periods.Communication Skills:Ability to communicate and build effective relationships at all operational levels of the business.Other languages would be highly regarded.Professional Skills:High level of professionalism, maturity, and candor in daily work ethic.Confident in approach.What we offer: Our employees play an integral part in our success as a business.
