About the Role This project homes builder is well established and has developed a great industry reputation across their 30+ years of operation.
Currently building around 200 new homes a year, the time is now to join this tight-knit group in their Western Sydney office.
This role will play an integral part in the business, providing impeccable customer service to all new and existing clients.
You will act as the first point of contact for potential clients and provide advice across their building queries.
You will also manage your own portfolio of clients to guide them through the building process of their new dream home, through to handover.
You will also ensure they are happy with the finished product and manage their 90-day warranty period, coordinating any repairs.
This role will see you working across:
Managing customer relations and communications in relation to progress and delivery of the home building agreement.Managing both internal and external stakeholder inquiries.Completion of pre-planning inspection forms.Completing building permits and submission.Communication with developers and local councils.Negotiate and manage any approval application questions.Maintain the database and record all progress on applications.Plan and partake in consultative meetings.Booking appointments and scheduling the weeks for the Maintenance Supervisors to ensure all warranty claims are completed in due time.Completion of walk-throughs, getting defects lists, allocating trades to jobs, ensuring problems are solved.Working off plans and understanding plans.Coordinate maintenance and warranty tasks between the clients, supervisors and councils.About You 2+ years MINIMUM experience within the residential construction sector in a similar role is preferred.The ability to multi-task and prioritise a changing workload.Strong IT skills including MS Office suite and the ability to grasp new systems with ease.Strong English skills both written & verbal.Remuneration & Benefits The successful candidate will receive a remuneration package upwards of $75k+superannuation.
