Your Role Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Address sales and service inquiries promptly and professionally.
Prepare accurate quotes and support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Process customer orders efficiently and maintain meticulous records.
About You Experience in B2B customer service and sales administration.
Strong attention to detail and a positive, proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and data entry.
A willingness to learn and grow within our dynamic industry.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
